Carnival Cruise Line: Carnival Glory®

7-night Exotic Western Caribbean Cruise

If you're looking for a vacation at sea that's as colorful as the décor of the cruise ship taking you there, an entire palette of fun activities and hot spots awaits aboard Carnival Glory. Speaking of colorful personalities, you'll enjoy a variety of stand-up comedians at The Punchliner Comedy Club™. Picture yourself grabbing a drink at the open-air RedFrog Rum Bar® or BlueIguana Tequila Bar™... whichever color or spirit's more your style. Represent your favorite team's colors and enjoy a round or two at the SkyBox™ Sports Bar. Enjoy a show on the stage at Playlist Productions™, complete with singing and dancing, plus video screens that bring these productions an extra splash of color. Speaking of splash, at Carnival WaterWorks™ the fun flows down the winding curves of the classic Twister and all-new AquaTunnel waterslide — plus twin racing slides and a giant tipping bucket — for countless gallons of fun. And if a picture paints a thousand words, imagine the millions flying off the big screen during a film under the stars at Dive-In Movies. Yes, it's Hollywood meets islands for a date night done right.

New Orleans

3/10/2024

3/10/2024 3:30:00 PM

New Orleans is a happy, high-spirited city with the pulsing beat of Dixieland jazz. It delights visitors with its riverboats, Creole cuisine, quaint antique shops and narrow streets of the French Quarter. While here, be sure to take a ride on one of the picturesque trolley cars. Eccentric, elegant New Orleans is strongly connected to both the Mississippi River and the South, but its identity remains aloof from any regional or even national affiliation. It reminds some visitors of European cities, in part because French and Spanish colonial architecture adds an Old World backdrop to some streets. But the feeling of foreignness goes deeper: The celebrated New Orleans atmosphere, cuisine, music, traditions and lifestyle are rooted in an embrace of the decadent and assimilation of the unconventional. New Orleans welcomes all, but is familiar to none, and the result is a city which attracts the romantic, the spiritual, the wild and the inquisitive—all while successfully promoting itself as corporate America’s playground. No matter what is expected from a visit to New Orleans, no one goes home disappointed.

Belize City

3/14/2024 5:00:00 PM

Belize City is the largest city in Belize. It offers the visitor an unusual combination of rustic, old-fashioned Caribbean charm and bustling modernity. The Belize River meanders through the middle of the city; and twice a day, the city's swing bridge closes to allow sail boats to pass. There are many traditional street vendors selling fruits, vegetables, arts and crafts in the city's public squares, especially in the colonial marketplace on Saturday mornings. Visitors can purchase handmade wood furniture made by the Mennonite community and many kinds of craft items from the National Handicraft center, as well as from vendors who congregate near the Belize Commercial Center. Belize City is an excellent starting off point for visitors wishing to explore the country by car (or 4-wheel drive). There are several major tourist attractions an hour's drive or less from Belize City, such as the Belize Zoo, Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary, the Bermudian Landing Community Baboon Sanctuary, and the Mayan ruin site at Altun Ha.

Cozumel

The island of Cozumel lies
just twelve miles off the Yucatan Coast, a 45 minute ferry ride from the famed
Riviera Maya. Dive into the crystal blue waters of Cozumel and discover why
Jacques Cousteau called it the "best diving area in the world." Palancar Reef,
the second largest in the world, provides an incredible diversity of species,
stunning sites and visibility of at least 150 feet. Whether you're a first time
snorkeler or an experienced diver, the intricate coral reefs and teems of painted
fish will amaze you!
